*All regular sessions are up to 90 minutes of float time plus 5-10 minutes on either end of your float to shower and change. There is a vanity area at the centre with a hair dryer, straightener, and other body care products for you to finish getting ready.

*The first and last floats of the day in all tanks are 2 hours long and can be booked using any of your regular credits at no extra charge. 

*Please arrive 15 minutes prior to the start of your session if it’s your first time.

*Cancellation Policy: Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you need to reschedule or cancel your session. Your float credit will stay on your account for future use!

*Please do NOT bring any personal perfumes or scents to use as they may linger in our shared space. Other guests may be physically intolerant to them or develop reactions.

*Memberships will auto-renew on the same day each month/week from signup. Memberships can be paused any time. Float credits do not expire.
